YES, at last Falkirk FC have met the criteria for joining the elitist SPL.
This was achieved as the new North Stand was granted all the necessary paperwork and the Stadium now meets the 6.000 seats criteria.
Of course Falkirk still have to get promoted, but that seems the easy part now.
Chairman Campbell Christie said: "This is a landmark occasion. It really is an historic day for Falkirk as this is the first time we have had a compliant stadium since SPL rules were changed. The facilities here will stand comparison with every other SPL club outwith the Old Firm "
The contractor helped in deliver the North Stand on time and now the capacity at the Falkirk stadium is 6080, so come on the people of Falkirk, let’s fill it to capacity for the final games of the Season.
