Falkirk FC have signed 22 year old Alan Gow from Airdrie on a pre-contract agreement.

Alan will sign a 2 year contract with the Bairns and the Club will have to agree a suitable compensation fee as Gow is under 24 yrs old.

Falkirk Head Coach John Hughes commented: “I’m absolutely thrilled with this signing. Anyone who’s been close to first division football over the last season cannot have failed to notice the talent Alan Gow possesses. He was a driving force behind the promotion of Airdrie United into the first division, and also played a major part in their campaign this year. I’m delighted he has pledged his immediate future to Falkirk, particularly since he was not short of offers from elsewhere. He is without doubt one of the hottest properties in the game at the moment.”

John Hughes has also announced that both John O'Neil and Craig McPherson have signed the contracts they were offered for next season.

John and Craig have both signed one-year extensions to their contract, and Yogi said, "Both players have massive experience, with John having played SPL football before. I am delighted that they have accepted their deals."
