May: Leave my Bairns alone.

Last updated : 27 July 2009 By Charlie South

Eddie May has slammed the critics who have blasted Falkirks early European exit.

He believes that The Bairns should noit have bee there in the first place, only 'earning' the right to appear on the Continental stage by finishing as runners up to Rangers in the Scottish Cup.

He has also stated that his predecessor John Hughes had a lot more money to spend than May has, somewhere in the region of £800,000.

Here's hoping May has the determination (and balls!) To get Falkirk ready for the SPL campaign in a few weeks time. Young and untested manager, young team, no money...this will be exciting!
