Falkirk v Motherwell

Last updated : 26 January 2010 By BBC Sport

Motherwell striker Lukas Jutkiewicz is fit despite having 12 stitches inserted in a thigh wound picked up during Saturday's win over St Mirren.

However, defender Shaun Hutchinson remains out with a hamstring injury.

Falkirk manager Eddie May: "The players have got their own personal ambitions and the one thing they know, I will back them 100%.

"The players are fully focused and they give me 100% every day. It was unfortunate we never did what we are good at on Sunday (in the defeat to Dundee United).

"The number of games we've had and the goals we lost at vital times contributed to the overall performance.

"We just have to get on with it and I'm sure the players will respond in the right manner."

Motherwell manager Craig Brown: "We have played fairly well in patches in both matches we have won, but this is a more difficult assignment in my opinion because Falkirk are hurting after their defeat.

"They are a better team than that result showed, we saw that against Celtic.

"When a team is fighting for its life, it's a very difficult away game and we have got to be up for that."
