Dani Mallo is on the verge of signing for Spanish club Castellon in a one-year deal. The keeper will turn his back on another spell at The Bairns to join the Second Division club. Mallo has also attracted interest from Hibs, where former Falkirk gaffer John Hughes is in charge, and also offers in Belgium and the English Championship.

In a statement made to the press Mall said he has yet to decide if he will sign for the Spanish outfit as he is contemplating other offers. He also thanked Falkirk for making him a sought after keeper, but despite all that The Bairns have done for him he will not be signing up again!
